Installment and use
The pressure, ambient temperature, and external magnetic field of the flowmeter must meet the technical parameter requirements when in use
The inlet and outlet protective covers of the flowmeter can only be removed when connected to the pipeline to prevent impurities from entering and oil leakage
When using a flowmeter, the arrow must be consistent with the flow direction of the liquid in the pipeline (arrow direction at the bottom)
Before connecting the instrument to the pipeline, the working pipeline should be thoroughly cleaned to remove particle impurities, welding slag, etc. After installation, the air inside the pipeline should be cleaned
The instrument should be installed horizontally and at an appropriate location more than 2 meters away from the pressure oil pump; The installation location should be chosen in a place with less vibration and easy observation, and screws and other fasteners should have anti loosening devices
There should be a filter before the inlet of the flowmeter, and the filter should be cleaned regularly to prevent blockage and jamming
Before installing the flow meter, use diesel or gasoline to flush the liquid inside the meter with a large flow rate, and it is strictly prohibited to rinse with water
The fuel gauge is being stored During transportation and use, the instrument should always be filled with oil and should not be in an empty or dry state to maintain measurement accuracy and protect the instrument from corrosion
The warranty period for the flowmeter is one year, provided that the above correct usage conditions are guaranteed
LS-1LD/LS-2LD is an integrated display instrument with fixed display and sensor, without signal output
